Peppermint Candy launches at historic Cobden Club
The invites said “carriages at 2am” but the guests at the Jazz FM presents Peppermint Candy launch party were dressed so beautifuly, you’d be forgiven for thinking they were transported in 1940s Rolls Royce limousines.
Starting with the delicious Peppermint Candy cocktails created especially by Johan Svensson at Drinks Fusion, guests sat down to a gourmet three-course meal, before getting into swing with the cheeky brass band outfit Top Shelf Jazz. The Correspondents got everyone jumping with their own brand of swing hop, and Peppermint Candy dancers (fresh from the TV ad!) led the way on the beautiful Grand Music Hall dancefloor as Paul Golledge spun rare 78s from a bygone era. With Nick Hollywood, Mikyla She Set DJs, your perfect hosts Broken Hearts DJs and Tatty Devine goody bags too, it was an evening to remember. Rumours of Peppermint Candy part II abound…watch this space!
The Peppermint Candy album is out on Monday 18th July.
