Ladbury was approached by Nigerian born playwright and novelist, Biyi Bandele to work on the release of his first feature film, the screen adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s celebrated novel, Half Of A Yellow Sun. Ladbury worked with the press team at Soda Pictures and Producer Andrea Calderwood of Slate Films to secure a range of high profile media interviews in the run up to its theatrical release in April 2014.
