All In
ALL IN: GLOBAL LEADERS FOR ENDING GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE
All In: Global Leaders for Ending Gender-Based Violence is a global coalition bringing together leaders across sectors, geographies and lived experiences to accelerate action to prevent gender-based violence (GBV). Launched in 2025, All In works to build political will, mobilise investment and elevate evidence-based solutions, while amplifying the work and voices of feminist movements, communities and organisations already driving change. Its approach is rooted in the belief that GBV is solvable — and that everyone has a role to play. All In uses the collective influence, platforms and expertise of its global leaders to champion prevention, strengthen commitments and shift narratives and social norms around gender-based violence.
Ladbury has been working with All In since its launch in 2025.

Ciisa
CIISA
CIISA (The Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority) is the industry-backed, independent standards authority for the UK’s creative sector.
Currently operating across music, film, television and theatre, CIISA set clear and consistent expectations for behaviour through the CIISA Standards. The CIISA Standards provide the minimum standards of behaviour expected across the UK’s creative industries to enable safe and inclusive working environments. This includes preventing and tackling all forms of bullying and harassment, including discriminatory behaviour. CIISA began as a proposal to the UK government from TIME’S UP UK in 2021.
Ladbury has been leading the communications for CIISA since its inception.

Equimundo
EQUIMUNDO
Equimundo: Center for Masculinities and Social Justice is the world’s leading applied research organisation dedicated to advancing healthy masculinity to achieve gender equality.
Equimundo: Center for Masculinities and Social Justice has worked internationally and in the United States since 2011 to engage men and boys as allies in gender equality, promote healthy manhood, and prevent violence. Equimundo brings evidence to action through innovative research which in turn informs their programs and advocacy work across the world in local communities.
Ladbury has supported Equimundo’s comms on a global scale for over ten years. Ladbury are proud to lead communications for Equimundo UK.

Justin Leroy
JUSTIN LEROY
Justin Leroy is assistant professor of history at Duke University, specialising in nineteenth-century African American history.
Justin Leroy is the coeditor of Histories of Racial Capitalism (Columbia, 2021) and the author of The Lowest Freedom (Columbia, 2026). His work explores the intersections of race, capitalism, and political thought in the United States, with a special focus on Black intellectual history and the economic ideas that shaped the struggle for freedom in the nineteenth century.
Ladbury have been working with Justin Leroy since 2026.

Mediale
MEDIALE
Mediale is an international media arts agency. We develop, produce, exhibit and tour work from artists working around the blurred edges of digital art.
Mediale exists to support, push forward, and develop digital arts in the UK and beyond. We do this by crafting rigorous talent development programmes for emerging artists, supporting individuals and studios with commissions and new works, and partnering with institutions looking to develop their digital offering and engagement with digital art.
Ladbury has worked with Mediale since 2018 across their entire roster of work.

MeWe360
MEWE360
MeWe360 is a pioneering incubator and network for the arts and creative industries.
MeWe360 drives transformational change towards a more racially equitable arts and creative sector across the UK. They nurture Black, Brown & Asian social creative entrepreneurs, amplify their voices and power their cultural production and innovation.
Ladbury began working with MeWe360 to support the 2023 awards which marked their 30th anniversary.

SVRI
SVRI
The Sexual Violence Research Initiative is one of the largest global networks for advancing research on violence against women and children.
Founded in 2003, the Sexual Violence Research Initiative (SVRI) brings together a diverse group of actors aiming to achieve a world free of violence against women and violence against children through improved practices and prevention programmes. The SVRI provides a space for global leaders in the sexual violence research field to connect and share their research, working to influence policies that centre and improve the lives of survivors of gender-based violence.
Ladbury has worked with the SVRI across numerous projects and campaigns, including their biennial SVRI Forum, the leading research conference addressing GBV in low- and middle-income countries, and the SVRI podcast.

The Music Works
THE MUSIC WORKS
The Music Works is an award-winning Gloucester-based charity dedicated to transforming young people’s lives through music.
The Music Works are specialists in working with young people in challenging circumstances. They support over 3,000 children and young people each year through music programmes, partnerships, workshops, and projects that cater for everyone, from first access through to talent and career development. All their programmes and activities take place in their incredible state-of-the-art studio spaces, schools or through outreach with community partners.
Ladbury has worked with The Music Works since 2022.

Time’s Up UK
TIME’S UP UK
TIME’S UP UK is an organisation that insists on safe, fair and dignified work for everyone.
TIME’S UP UK is a charity co-founded in February 2018 by Barbara Broccoli and Dame Heather Rabbatts to address abuse, harassment and discrimination in the film and TV industry and beyond. TIME’S UP UK launched a campaign at Cannes Film Festival in May 2024 to ensure the hair and makeup experience for actors on set is professional, fair and equal in bid to amend a history of discrimination against Black and global majority actors. The campaign was launched in collaboration with key talent including Fola Evans-Akingbola, Lashana Lynch, Naomie Harris and Jordan Pitt.

TIMESTAMP MEDIA
Timestamp Media is an independent production company committed to telling thoughtful and surprising stories about our past.
Timestamp Media is an independent production company based in New York City. Timestamp was co-founded by Harvard historian Vincent Brown and documentary producer Graham Judd, who believe that understanding and sharing knowledge of our entangled past can light the way to a common future. They produce innovative, high-quality history programming across a range of formats, from digital shorts to single films and documentary series.
Ladbury has worked with Timestamp across several projects, including collaborating with Vincent Brown as both collaborator and producer on two documentary films grappling with the legacies of transatlantic slavery.

Watershed is the leading film culture and digital media centre in the South West. They are an independent cinema and creative technology centre located on Bristol’s historic harbourside, recognised internationally as a leading centre for film culture, art and technology practice, and talent development programmes.
Ladbury has worked with Watershed for over ten years across a range of diverse and extraordinary projects, including the launch of the Undershed gallery in 2024 – Watershed’s immersive art gallery.

WOMEN’S INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM (WILPF)
The Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom is a membership-based feminist peacebuilding organisation.
The Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF) is the world’s oldest women’s peace building organisation to amplify their new global programme. WILPF are a feminist, pacifist and antimilitarist in their values and approach. They promote and amplify the voices of women and allies who are advancing peaceful and sustainable alternatives to crises and conflicts.
Ladbury began working with the WILPF in 2021.

WritersMosaic
WRITERSMOSAIC
WritersMosaic is the Royal Literary Fund’s innovative online and print magazine for new writing.
WritersMosaic showcases writers reflecting the changing identity and reality of contemporary Britain. The magazine focuses on writers through authored talks, creative exchanges and interviews, using images and illustrations, commissioned by an editorial team of writers. The platform’s informal, multi-voiced, writer-to-writer recordings are complemented by themed original series from leading publishers, writers, editors, thinkers and artists. With new features and reviews published regularly online alongside recorded live events, poetry films and podcasts ranging from oral histories to bibliotherapy, WritersMosaic aims to give audiences a unique and in-depth insight into the UK’s widening literary culture.
Ladbury has been working with WritersMosaic since its launch in 2021.

Zak Ové
ZAK OVÉ
Zak Ové is a British-Caribbean multi-disciplinary artist renowned for his exploration of identity, history and cultural resilience through sculpture, film and photography.
Ové’s work merges ancestral and African diasporic symbolism with contemporary aesthetics, often through the reinvention of everyday materials, and a sound clash of Caribbean and African colour. He uses his practice to reframe narratives inherited through the African diaspora, challenging dominant histories and celebrating the transformative power of cultural storytelling.
Ladbury has worked with Ové for over ten years across major international exhibitions.
