We are very proud to welcome The Saint Emilion Jazz Jestival as our new client.  The Festival just unveiled its programme for 2016 set amidst the fine wine region of this ancestral city in South West France

Celebrated American jazz composer and bass player Marcus Miller will open this year’s Saint-Emilion Jazz Festival at Parc Guadet, French jazz pianist Jean-Pierre Como will perform with a bespoke cast of musicians from around Europe; Hugh Coltman (vocals, UK), Walter Ricci (vocals, Italy), Stefano di Battista (saxophone, Italy), Louis Winsberg (guitar, France), Stephane Huchard (percussion, France) and Thomas Bramerie (double bass, France), the enchanting soulful voice of Senegalese singer Faada Freddy will rouse the crowds in a solo guitar performance to fill the iconic and intimate Salle des Dominicains (a beautiful convent dating from XIV century), and the supercharged vitamin cocktail of Electro Deluxe will close the rich three-day programme.

At the prestigious Château Cheval Blanc, carefully selected vintages will be accompanied by the captivating music of French jazz trumpeter Stéphane Belmondo who will be performing his 'Love for Chet' project with his Trio. And in its dedication to recognising and developing the jazz talent in the region this year will see tromobonist Sebastien Arruti perform a new brassy music composed especially for the Saint-Emilion Jazz Festival, and Tom Ibarra, a prodigious guitarist, who at the tender age of 16 years is the youngest artist endorsed by Ibanez and has recently been sponsored by Roland, Tom will undoutoubly surprise with his highly distinctive and powerful compositions.

The Saint-Emilion Jazz Festival has been delighting its over 10,000 annual jazz and wine lovers since 2012 with its combination of free concerts and ticketed events. “Saint-Emilion is known around the world for its 1001 wines that illuminate the city, and for just a few days in July, they share the stage alongside outstanding musicians,” says Dominique Renard, president of the Saint-Emilion Jazz Festival. “For the occasion, the ephemeral wine bar will return and winegrowers will be offering a selection of 21 Saint-Emilion Jazz wine tasting sessions each day at the Parc Guadet, the very heart of our jazz weekender.”
